bought this when the product was on sale due to shorter shelf life compared to the other flavors. It was to try the brand before I decide if I want to try the rest and I think its good! The flavor was strong and tasty, powder dissolves well and the rice crisps were a great touch to the overall experience. I’ve only tried with water so far but I think with milk would be nice too. Keeps me satiated but I have a bad habit of just craving to constantly eat so I cannot say if it keeps me filled because I keep thinking about eating HAHA. But overall, recommended and would repurchase!

Tastes good, very convenient. But it does not keep me full for more than 2 hours. Sad though.

the matcha is great, not too sweet and not having the bitter gritty poor quality matcha taste like i've tried from another protein shake.

this is one of my favourite flavours, personally i do enjoy the sweetness and i find that the rich crunchies go well with the taro. if you like taro you can give it a shot

it's a rich, chocolately flavour and tastes really good! it's super filling and filled with great macros too. you have to shake hard for it to mix well. this is one of my favourite flavours

This was a convenient all in one meal packed with all the nutrients needed. Will definitely try other flavours in the future

It mixed so well. In fact my first purchase here and first flavour I tried. I use fresh cold milk instead of water and after a few hard shakes. All done.

The guy who say doesn’t mix properly probably don’t even know how to make himself tea. Cmon. Use some brains please.

I never thought healthy snack can be good until that day when I first drink your product but I do hope the matcha is stronger.

All four flavours taste nice although I like Mango and Chocolate more than the other two. They are handy if I am bit hungry but it's not meal time yet. Not quite meal replacement for me though. I still need to eat something after a couple of hours. I think it's handy to have one in my bag when travelling. I may buy more from time to time
